This double, wall mounted cow brush automatically rotates when the cow pushes against it, scratching top and sides of the animal at the same time. The brushing action improves cow welfare by:

This Duo cow brush is:
- Robustly made from galvanised steel with thick polypropylene bristles
- Variable – the rotating time can be set from 7.5 to 120 seconds

Description
The Happy Cow Duo rotating cow brush massages and scratches the cow all over. The shape and angle of the two brushes reaches all those awkward spots, with high quality bristles providing just the right amount of scratch. Cows are happier, with improved metabolism and reduced stress leading to higher yields.

Safe, Easy to Install and Low Maintenance
Kerbl Happy Cow brushes are easy to assemble, come with comprehensive operation instructions and are virtually maintenance free. The brush rotates in the opposite direction each time it is activated to ensure even wear of the brushes.
The brush has a sensor which stops it rotating if it meets any resistance, to keep the animals safe and prevent tail hair from getting pulled in. The control unit has an informative display and is IP56 rated again water and dust ingress.
All frame parts are zinc-plated and have been tested under the toughest conditions. We recommend pressure points are lubricated and brush rollers replaced as necessary to keep the brush working at maximum efficiency for many years.
The brush needs to be plugged into 16 amp socket using a 16 amp waterproof plug (not supplied).
Allow one brush for every 50 to 60 cows.
